Hi! We're Philippe and Vangie. We've been long time residents of the well-kept secret called Safety Harbor. We both have a love for travel, great food and creating new memories with family & friends. We started this company in 2015 to share our love of Tampa Bay with visitors from near and far. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

MOST OF OUR HOUSING IS SET UP FOR PATIENTS THAT COME TO
AREA CLINICS FOR MOLD, LYME AND/OR CANCER TREATMENTS.
Our units are inspected and treated regularly by Mold Matters. We provide clean, airtight AC systems with Merv 11 filters, as well as Austin Air Purifiers. Our units are cleaned using only natural, chemical-free products & are equipped with state-of-the-art water filtration systems to provide cleaner, healthier water.

Part of each Florida homeowner's policy is an allowance towards temporary furnished housing in case homeowner needs to relocate. We have a large variety of homes in our portfolio that house insurance policy holders. We also partner with national housing agencies to accommodate those that need to relocate temporarily while home repairs are being facilitated.
